In July we conducted a survey of our customers (some of the largest construction and refurbishment companies in the business) to see how we are performing. The feedback we received was amazing! No less than 100% of those that responded said our services met their needs 'very well' or 'extremely well', while over 94% of our customers described our services as 'high quality' or 'very high quality'!
The top things our customers stated they want is 'reliability', 'expertise' and 'safety' - they rated us highly in all these areas. When asked to describe Umberslade the most popular terms they used were 'professional', 'reliable', 'safety focussed', 'well managed' and 'friendly'.
Perhaps the most pleasing feedback was that a whopping 84% of our customers said they would recommend us - and many of their endorsements can now be read on our website.
